To Initiate A Refund
FlavorZ always seeks to take good care of all our customers, feel free to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or use our customer contact form at Customer Service to initiate a refund or exchange and we'll get back to you right away!
FlavorZ products have an approximate shelf life of 1 year from date of production. All products include a "Born On" date and are shipped with at least 6 months of shelf life remaining. We guarantee that all products will arrive at your door free from defect with at least 6 months of usable lifespan remaining. In the event this does not occur, we will promptly replace the product in question with a suitable substitute.
According to Tastes
FlavorZ product preference is always subject to the tastes of individual users and cannot therefore be warrantied or replaced once the seal has been broken. We recommend that you try one of our sampler packs or begin with small purchases of a variety of flavors and discover what best suits your tastes. We offer no warranty or replacement simply because you did not like a flavor after you tried it.
Substitutions and Discontinuance
At FlavorZ, outstanding products and outstanding customer service is our goal. From time to time we discontinue flavors. If this occurs while an order is in process, we will offer you a substitution of your choice, or a refund equal to the value of the substituted item.
In the event a refund must be issued for any reason, FlavorZ will refund your payment in the manner it was given. For example, if you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid by check, a refund check will be issued by check and sent to you.
From time to time we've seen persons who seek to take advantage of our generous refund policy and abuse our kindness with repeated and unfounded refund claims. FlavorZ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason (we'll block your account, block your IP address, block your credit card, and block your shipping address if you abuse our services). In the event your patronage is being refused, you will have your store account suspended, and any in process orders will be refunded via check by mail.

We're actually pretty generous when it comes to refunds or exchanges. We built our company around a sincere love of vaping and with the help of our amazing community, so all we really want is for you to be happy and enjoy our products.
